Hi, I have gotten a new card as I've lost my previous card. Not knowing how.. I added my new card as multiple card n made it principle. Then to realize that the ratings are not transferred. Now that I see there's a transfer link but it does not recognize my new card anymore as it was registered. Pls advise how I may transfer to this card?
