[Phoenix Card] Free Pass not available???

I bought the Phoenix card in May, and now have been locked out of the ithem Shop and the rest of the features. Website tells me that I need a Free Pass, which is free if I have visited a Phoenix shop in the last 7 days.

I play 2-3 times a week in a Phoenix shop which is online. Why can't I get a Free Pass!?!
