[Phoenix Card] Acct password

I went to check out my stats on my phone & I wasn''t automatically logged in. When I tried logging in it said my ID & or password wasn''t right. So I tried changing my PW w/my card # but that didn''t work. I tried again using my email addy & that didn''t work. I made sure I had the rt ID & tried logging in using that & that didn''t work either. I can''t get log in to see my stats or to change my password or do anything
