[Homeshop Management Inquiry] Setting up a league

How long does it take to set-up a league with the local home shop. We have provided them with 16 registered team members but we were told it would take several days to set up the league in the phoenix dart system. We were planning on having our first week''s games tomorrow 9/22, but we were told we would have to wait for the following week to start. This will throw off our end date for the season. Any assistance with this is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
